Victorian Government Schools Agreement 2017

This acquisition aims to engage a supplier in the design and delivery of a professional learning suite to develop and deepen the skills of learning specialists in five key areas relevant to their role and responsibility, as described in the Victorian Government Schools Agreement 2017 (VSGA 2017). Areas of activity include: 7.9 The right to enter into an agreement under this clause is complementary and is not intended to further influence any agreement between the employer and a single employee for a different duration of that price. Main Support A working group will be set up until the fourth half of 2017 to determine the assistance available to the contracting entities and how this assistance can be effectively communicated and made available to the contracting entities. In addition, the Working Group will identify all areas where assistance is not being provided effectively and make recommendations for reviewing these areas, including identifying potential budgetary impacts that should be considered in the Division`s budgetary procedures. The parties agree to complete their work within 12 months of their creation. Note: If one of the requirements of Section 144 (4), which is reflected in the requirements of this clause, is not met, the agreement may be terminated either by the employee or by the employer, with a written notification of no more than 28 days (see p. 145 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth)). The adoption of changing priorities is essential to creating a safe and flexible employment environment in the public service. The parties recognized the importance of ensuring that employees could be used reactively to support government priorities. 30.1 The employer may grant sabbatical leave to 80% of a worker`s salary, provided that the worker agrees to reduce his salary by 20% for the working time in question and the worker who enters into an agreement with the employer on the terms of the sabbatical. In general, this position will include the management of support functions in a school or school where the level of support services required will diversify considerably. The main feature that distinguishes this position from ES 5 through a wide range of support services is its leadership and responsibility role in carrying out a major project or program within a school or school group.
