Hosting Services Agreement

REFUSER RIGHT We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service within ninety (90) calendar days from receipt of your payment for these services. We agree to reimburse your expenses. You accept that we have no responsibility to you for losses or damages resulting from our refusal to provide the service. REFUSAL OF SERVICE iQWeb reserves the right to refuse to provide services to any user at its sole discretion. These refusals may be the result, but not limited to unsatisfactory references, a bad reputation, a bad credit history, etc. If the customer has already paid and iQWeb refuses to accept registration, the customer`s payment will be refunded without 20 CDN if a domain name has been purchased, registered or renewed. A hosting contract should include not only accommodation services, but also all ancillary services provided by a host. This may include order boards, e-mail services, domain name services, SSL certificates, etc. 30 DAY MONEY BACK GARANTIE We are sure you will appreciate our services.

For your safety, we offer 30 days of refund guarantee on all web hosting packages. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service with 30 days, we will refund you. Please note that domain names and services purchased by third parties cannot be refunded or administrative fees may be charged. If you received a domain name with the web hosting package, domain 15 charges will be deducted from the refund in case of cancellation within 30 days. The domain is yours. You can register with any other web hosting provider with the same domain name. The 30-day refund guarantee does not apply to domain name purchases. TERMINATION OF SERVICE BY Client If the customer decides to terminate the hosting contract with iQWeb Solutions, a written email notification or regular email is required. After receiving this notification, iQWeb Solutions confirms that the notification has been received in a response. If the customer terminates the web hosting contract, the down payment will not be refunded for the remaining months.

An optional service level agreement (SLA) is included in the calendar. ALS can be used to set guarantees regarding the availability of hosting services. FEES Customer must pay an agreed fee during the declaration or renewal of the account. iQWeb Solutions will charge the customer every year. The payment due date is displayed on the invoice. Full payment is due up to the due date to activate services or to keep services active online. In the case of credit card payment, iQWeb Solutions automatically debits the customer`s credit card and all account-related fees up to 30 days before renewal. iQWeb Solutions may, at its sole discretion, collect a 10% fee for late payments. If the customer has paid in advance for web hosting or domain renewal/registration services and decides to terminate the account or terminate certain services, the down payment will not be refunded.

Another optional schedule includes an acceptable use policy, which contains detailed rules regarding what content can be processed using hosting services and how hosting services can be used.
